PET HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
For Boarding, Daycare, and Bathing/Grooming Services:
PLEASE NOTE: Any pet that is NOT current on requirements prior to a boarding, daycare, and or a bathing/grooming reservations can be completed upon drop-off, however, our team prefers this be scheduled in advance. Our team DOES have flexibility in providing care for your pet's needs, with the exception of pets that have never received or are past due on any vaccine requirement!**
** If your pet has never received or is past due on any vaccine requirement, their boarding, daycare, and or bathing/grooming reservations cannot begin until two weeks after the final/annual/bi-annual injection due to the necessary time needed to generate an immune response with the vaccination(s). Due to the nature of canine and feline diseases and the highly contagious, aerosolized nature of some viruses, and to protect not only your pet but others in our care, both the (initial) temporary booster and final/annual/bi-annual booster on any required vaccine must be completed two weeks prior to your pet's reservation.
We understand this can be confusing and we want to help. This is why we request that you send us the most recent record of any pet vaccination(s) given at a different veterinarian's office well in advance so we can help sort through it to advise and schedule you accordingly. |
To keep our facility flea-free, all pets that are dropped off without their owners, for any services, are given a Capstar (24-hour flea pill.)
We want all of the pets in our care to remain as healthy as possible before, during, and after their stay with us!
